We collect personal data in the following contexts: • Contact and demo requests: Name, company name, job title, email address, phone number (optional), and message content. • Platform use: Login credentials, session tokens, feature usage logs, and performance data necessary for service delivery. • Website analytics (with consent only): Anonymised page-view and interaction data collected via Google Analytics 4. • Marketing and conversion tracking (with consent only): Browser and device information, IP address, and page visits collected via LinkedIn Insight Tag. • Booking calendar (with consent only): Name, email address, and appointment details processed via Calendly when you schedule a demo.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under Art. 6 GDPR: • Art. 6(1)(b) – Contract performance: Processing necessary to respond to demo requests and deliver contracted services. • Art. 6(1)(c) – Legal obligation: Processing required by applicable law (e.g. tax records pursuant to § 132 BAO). • Art. 6(1)(f) – Legitimate interests: IT security, fraud prevention and service improvement, where your fundamental rights do not override our interests. • Art. 6(1)(a) – Consent: Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4), marketing cookies (LinkedIn Insight Tag), and the Calendly booking widget. You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings.
4. Third-Party Services
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland): Activated only with your prior consent. Collects anonymised usage statistics. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. Data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Used for conversion tracking and analytics on LinkedIn ad campaigns. Collects browser and device information, IP address, and page visits. Data may be transferred to LinkedIn/Microsoft servers in the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Used exclusively for scheduling demo appointments. Calendly processes your name, email address and appointment data. Transfers to the USA are based on Standard Contractual Clauses. Privacy policy: https://calendly.com/privacy Web3Forms (Web3Forms, web3forms.com): Used to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox without a backend server. When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, company, phone number and message are transmitted to Web3Forms and forwarded to our configured email address. Web3Forms does not store or share your personal data beyond the immediate email delivery and sets no cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (responding to your contact request). 5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose of collection or as required by law: • Contact and demo request data: up to 3 years from the last interaction. • Contract and invoicing data: 7 years pursuant to § 132 BAO (Austrian Federal Tax Code). • Website analytics data: as configured in Google Analytics (default: 14 months). • Consent records: retained for the duration of the processing activity plus 3 years. All data is stored exclusively on servers within the European Economic Area (EEA).
6. Your Rights
